Job Summary:

As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of Ajuba at Rayat Bahra Campus in Mohali. This position primarily focuses on the management and admission of innovative programs such as Semiconductor and Cybersecurity. You will provide specialized administrative support, coordinate program activities, promote student enrollment, and serve as a central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to program marketing, report generation, and record maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and marketing of program/project functions.
  • Generate leads and actively reach out to promote student enrollment in the program.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate activities of support staff, consultants, faculty, and volunteers involved in program implementation.
  • Create and edit course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, and program handbooks.
  • Maintain program records, gather data, and prepare reports and summaries.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including correspondence, purchasing documents, and program publications.
  • May supervise student employees, volunteers, and interns.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 years of directly related experience.
  • Fluent English-speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings and special events.
  • Proficiency in word processing and office skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computers and related software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
